How the process works.
Select Your Document. The type of document you need notarized, number of signers, witnesses, etc.
Select your appointment. Choose an open appointment to complete your general notarization or loan closing. Book online, or call: 727-314-2730.
Secure your Witnesses*. Please examine your document carefully to decide if you require Witnesses. New Port Richey Notary does not provide Witnesses due to the additional expense incurred to you.
At your appointment. At the appointment, ID’s are checked. Please have these available for all signers. The document is reviewed, and as required signatures will be witnessed and if applicable oaths will be taken. The notarization is then complete. I thank you for your business!
*A very important consideration for Witnesses in my experience in our area. If your Notarization will take place in a Health Care Facility, the staff at these facilities generally are forbidden to act as a Witness for a patient due to policy and liability reasons. Marriage Vows (It all starts here! Choose from our selection of traditional vows or write you own! With either choice, we will work with you by e-mail, telephone, or a combination of both to customize your ceremony.)
Wedding Officiant: We provide a state of Florida Licensed, Bonded, and Insured Officiant to solemnize your marriage. as well as timely filing of the original, and notarized marriage license to the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
Photos by Officiant: Your Officiant can provide the time required to take up to 25 photographs with our own personal phone or yours. If you wish to have a professional wedding photographer and/or videographer as an additional cost, we can recommend several, or you can provide yours.
Name Change Information Packet: As you can imagine, there will be several agency’s that you will need to notify! We will provide you with detailed information on how to change your name with a simple to follow checklist, as well as where to find official forms. We will also provide the name of a few professional agencies who can assist in the event you choose not to do it yourself, in the packet.

How quickly can I have my document notarized?

What happens to my deposit after I schedule an appointment?
Once you have chosen your service type, date and time available, you will be able to make a $15 deposit to hold your appointment time. This amount will be credited against the final invoice for the service that you choose.
Where are you located?
New Port Richey Mobile Notary is in New Port Richey, Seven Springs/Trouble Creek area. More accurately we are a mobile service so our location is wherever the client is — home, office, health facility, coffee shop …. We travel to YOU.
What will I need to have available for the appointment?
You will need a valid photo ID and the document(s) that you would like to have notarized.
How will I know when my appointment is confirmed?
Once you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be contacted with any follow-up questions prior to your appointment.
